ISS OFFICE CLOSURE DURING HOLIDAYS

The ISS office will be closed Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday and mandatory furlough. We will be unable to check phone or email messages on these days. The office will re-open Monday, November 30th at 10:00 am. Please be sure to obtain travel signatures and collect your documents prior to 4 pm on Wednesday, November 25th.

Furthermore, the ISS office will be closed Thursday, December 24th, 2009 through Friday, January 1st, 2010 for the winter holidays and mandatory furlough. We will be unable to check phone or email messages during this time. After closing at 4pm on Wednesday, December 23rd, ISS will not re-open until Monday, January 4th, 2010.  Therefore, please plan accordingly, and apply for new documents and travel signatures before the semester ends. Remember that processing time is two weeks for new documents and one business day for travel signatures. If your document will be expiring or you will be traveling abroad over the winter break, you must obtain extensions or travel endorsements BEFORE December 23rd.
